COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

This page relates to the Kamaharan Name Suggestion Competition running from 21 February 2026 to 19 March 2026. These terms apply only to this competition.
1. Organiser
This competition is organised by Kamaharan.
2. Competition Period
The competition opens on 21 February 2026 and closes on 19 March 2026 at 23:59 GMT.
Entries received after this time will not be considered.
3. Eligibility
Open to individuals aged 18 years or over.
Employees or associates of Kamaharan may be excluded at discretion.
4. How to Enter
Participants must submit a name suggestion via the official competition form before the closing date.
Multiple suggestions may be submitted.
5. Winner Selection
This is a skill-based competition.
An internal review panel will assess submissions based on originality, relevance and alignment with the platform's intended values.
The selected name will determine the winner.
The individual who submitted the selected name will be the winner.
The decision of the panel is final.
6. Prize
The prize is a spa and brunch experience local to the winner's city, up to a maximum total value of £200.
The specific venue will be selected by Kamaharan.
No cash alternative is available.
The prize is non-transferable.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted via email within 5 days of the competition closing.
The winner must respond within 48 hours.
If no response is received within 48 hours, Kamaharan reserves the right to select the next most suitable submission.
8. Public Announcement
The winner's first name may be announced publicly via Kamaharan's website and social media channels.
By entering, participants consent to this limited announcement.
9. Intellectual Property
By submitting a name, participants grant Kamaharan the right to use, modify and commercialise the suggested name without additional compensation.
10. Limitation of Liability
Kamaharan shall not be liable for:
- Technical failures
- Incomplete submissions
- Email delivery failures
- Indirect or consequential loss
11. Modification or Cancellation
Kamaharan reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the competition if necessary.
12. Governing Law
This competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
